It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery information when ordering. Kliqa™ is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, extra fees may apply for return shipping and handling.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are handled according to our return policy. To initiate a return or complaint, you must contact our customer service before the product is sent back.
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or collect on delivery.
