Return Policy

At Kliqa™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date of your order. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

For a return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be in good condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be well packaged upon return

  • Not be abnormally used or damaged

You need to notify us of your return within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must then be returned within a reasonable time after the return is registered.

⚠️ Do not return the product to the sender's address without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Upon approval of the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days.

Rejected Returns

We cannot approve returns that:

  • Are damaged due to incorrect use

  • Lack original packaging

  • Are abnormally worn or used

  • Are returned without contacting customer service

In the event of a rejected return, the product may be sent back to you, and any refund may be denied or reduced.

Volume Discounts and Bundle Offers

If your order included a volume discount or bundle offer, the refund may be adjusted if parts of the order are returned, as the discount would then no longer meet the conditions.

Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

  • Note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method

Complaints

If your product is defective or damaged, we will of course help you.

We comply with Swedish consumer law and offer the right to complain according to applicable law. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Pictures or video showing the fault

For an approved complaint, Kliqa™ will cover any return shipping and replacement product.

Return Shipping

The customer is normally responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We recommend trackable shipping as the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or collect on delivery.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping, handling, and administration (290kr). The fee will be deducted from any refund.
