Thank you for choosing Kliqa™. We strive to offer high-quality products and a secure shopping experience. This warranty applies to physical products purchased directly from Kliqa™.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing that arise during normal use within the warranty period.

If your product proves to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, Kliqa™ will, at no extra cost:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent product

How long is the warranty valid?

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

If the product is replaced or repaired, the original warranty period applies or a new period of 2 years from the replacement date — whichever is longer.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Accidents, drops, or external impact

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by liquids, modifications, or negligent handling

  • Problems not due to material or manufacturing defects

How do I make a warranty claim?

To get help with a warranty claim, you first need to contact our customer service, and we will assist you with troubleshooting and the next steps.

Complaints

At Kliqa™, we want you to feel secure with your purchase. We follow Swedish consumer legislation and offer the right to complain according to applicable law.

As a private customer, you have the right to complain about a product within 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the fault is considered original.

What is considered an original fault?

An original fault means that the problem existed already upon delivery or is due to a manufacturing defect. The fault does not need to appear immediately but can arise later.

The product is not considered defective if the damage occurred due to:

  • Improper use

  • Accidents or external impact

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Handling that does not follow the product's instructions

How do I make a complaint?

  • Pictures/video of the defect

  • Brief description of the problem

Returns upon complaint

In the event of an approved complaint, Kliqa™ will cover the return shipping and any replacement delivery.

We always recommend using trackable shipping for returns as the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Products sent by cash on delivery or collect on delivery are not accepted.

We always strive to resolve complaints as quickly and smoothly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
